If you are able to fit in any sort of weight training, this will help. Don't worry about bulking up like Arnie (this was my concern until my gym instructor advised me that I'd have to take steroids if I wanted to 'bulk' up!)

Dieting/watching your carbs combined with exercise will mean weight loss quicker/plus more sustainable. Plus you'll be stronger!
