We used to take all our veggie leftovers and ones that were about to expire, mix them with some type of rice and make a stir fry. Some weeks the result was fantastic, other weeks not so good. Not really an actual recipe but a way to use up the bits you have around.


Hi Kathy, we have a tendency to use our veggie leftovers for soups. That way you can sometimes hide any odd flavours with something strong, like green Thai curry flavouring!
