You can buy a nice spotty oilcloth similar to your wallpaper at about £8 or £9 per metre in Dunelm Mill. If you are really lucky there are offcuts in the bargain bucket. My Dad had a lean to greenhouse made from old window frames for years and years, it worked a treat.
