The village starling flock arguing and fighting amongst themselves (thank god my washing isn't out on the line!)
That's a little too low for my liking - chimney pot-scraping low. We had one come down in the back field last year and we really thought that last puff of wind would see him in our garden.
Martin The Mechanic determined the car is going to make it through the MOT. Bless him. He's so good with cars.

"I don't care if you do take my photo" said Fleagle, who has been grumpy since she work up that morning. Or rather since Georgie woke her up. By jumping on her from five feet up on the chest of drawers.
"Do I look bothered?"
"Good grief. Now she's taking pictures of the Dicentra spectabilis," said Fleagle in disbelief while flaunting her horticulture knowledge. Clearly sleeping under bushes all day has been a cunning rouse. She has in fact been learning latin plant names from the tags.
"Ahem," coughed Paxo. "I think you'll find the Ribes Sanguineum is also looking pretty good this time of year."
